Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • You received the wrong product

Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Replacements

If you prefer, we can replace your product instead of issuing a refund (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain personal-use items or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for safety reasons unless damaged or defective.
